REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PADEL AND FRIENDS

  • At Padel and Friends, we value your time and commitment. To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, the following policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled across our services.

  • 1. Court Rentals
  • Cancellation Window: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any court rental cancellation to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations within 48 Hours: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reserved court time.
  • No-Shows: Missed bookings without cancellation notice are considered forfeited and are non-refundable.

2. Private or Semi-Private Lessons
  • Cancellation Window: Lessons must be canceled with at least 48 hours' advance notice.
  • Cancellations within 48 Hours: Clients will be charged the full lesson fee for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
  • No-Shows: Missed lessons without notice will also be fully charged.

3. Programs (Clinics, Leagues, Group Classes, Camps)
  • Before Program Start: If you withdraw before the program begins, a refund will be issued minus a 25% administrative processing fee.
  • After Program Start: No refunds will be issued once the program has started, regardless of attendance or participation.
  • Missed Sessions: Missed classes or sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts are not eligible for makeup classes or refunds.

4. Method of Refund
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise requested and approved.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Club Cancellations
  • In the event that Padel and Friends must cancel a court rental, lesson, or program due to facility issues, weather (if applicable), or instructor unavailability, clients will be offered a full refund or credit, or the option to reschedule where possible.
